What You’ll Need – Cookware & Ingredients

Required Cookware

  • Muffin Pan (with 6 muffin slots)
  • Skillet or Saute Pan

 Ingredient List

Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make these simple-but-tasty Chicken Taco Cups:

  • 6 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 dash Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
  • Lettuce (shredded)
  • Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • Diced Jalapeños

Step-by-Step Directions

1) Fold Tortillas into your muffin pan, then bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 mins (until tortillas are slightly crisped / stiff):

2a) Add Olive Oil and Chopped Onions into a frying pan:

2b) Then, add Garlic Powder, Cumin, Worcestershire Sauce, Paprika, Chili Powder, and a dash of Cayenne Pepper:

3) Fry for 3-5 minutes, then add Ground Chicken and fry until chicken is cooked thoroughly:

4) Place toasted tortillas on a serving tray. Add chicken & onion mix, and then top with…

  • Lettuce
  • Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • Diced Jalapenos
