The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America suggests:

  • Opting for smaller, more frequent meals.
  • Limiting fried, greasy foods.
  • Restricting dairy products.
  • Cutting back on high-fiber foods, such as nuts, popcorn, seeds and corn.
