I was born and raised in Puerto Rico . In 2003 , I moved to NY to complete my training in Internal Medicine . My specialty allows me to treat from the simplest "common cold " to the more complicated cases of Diabetes Mellitus , High Blood Pressure , Headaches including migraines , Congestive Heart Failure , Coronary artery disease , diseases affecting the circulation , Renal Insufficiency, etc . I am consider as a Primary Care Physician . As part of my job , I make sure your health is in optimal conditions for surgery . In the office we take care of  the pre-op medical clearance that includes blood work , EKG , Chest x-rays.
