How Does Tattoo Removal Work?

The advanced PicoSure laser is capable of breaking down even the most stubborn ink to remove tattoos that other removal methods could not effectively address in the past.

PicoSure fires laser pulses one trillionth of a second in length that break down ink into microscopic particles. The particles are then disposed of by the body’s circulatory and lymphatic systems and safely removed from the body.

Blue and green inks that have historically been difficult to remove are even managed adeptly by the PicoSure laser in most cases.

Sessions can be as short as 15 minutes but depend on the size of the tattoo being treated. A session of four to six treatments will be needed for complete erasure of the tattoo.
