Dr. An is an orthopaedic surgeon and hand surgeon. He was trained in Beijing, Sydney and Charleston, SC, including two orthopaedic residencies and one hand fellowship. He is also a well-published orthopaedic researcher, He published 6 books and 60 peer-reviewed articles in orthopaedic research and orthopaedic surgery. Dr. An is an associate professor of orthopaedic surgery at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine and an investigator at the Feinstein Research Institute. He has special interests in treating patients with general orthopaedic conditions of both upper and lower extremities, and hand and wrist surgery.
