Dr. Yali Li graduated from Fourth Military Medical University before completing a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at SUNY Upstate University from 1998 to 2001. He then completed a fellowship in NIH Fellowship in Neuroscience & Brain Rehabilitation at UMDNJ/New Jersey Medical School/Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation from 2002 to 2003.
