Dr. Albrecht is a native Houstonian and grew up in Sugar Land. He attended medical school at the University of Texas at Houston, and completed his General Surgery training in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Albrecht places an emphasis on the comfort of his patients, both emotionally and physically, throughout the course of their care. His interests include general, laparoscopic and robotic surgery, with an emphasis in gallbladder surgery and complex hernia repairs. He also performs surgery for a variety of cancers, including breast, colon, small bowel, all skin lesions and also performs port placement for chemotherapy. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife, family and French bulldogs.
