If you are looking for a caring doctor Dr. Luke is not the one. She is everything a doctor should not be. She is the second doctor I have had at OSU that didn't care about the chronic pain I have been having. I saw her on June 1 and today is July 4 and still have not been notified that the script has been filled at the pharmacy. I have contacted her via OSU My Chart twice. Finally received an answer on June 25 she was having her RN send the sript to pharmacy. Still no script received by me. At my visit on June 1 she told me she could order PT for me (she did), ordered neck exrays, and then said, "No need to come back there is nothing I can do to help you." My physcial therapist (OSU), Kristina, has been a life saver. She is very patient focused, listens attentively, then makes the evaluation of what is needed. I am very thankful for her. I do not recommend Dr. Luke. She does not exampify a doctor who cares about a patient coming to her in pain.
