Bio
Dr. Victor Test graduated from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1991 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Scott and White Memorial Clinic and Hospital from 1993 to 1996. He then completed a fellowship in Pulmonary Disease at Scott and White Memorial Clinic and from 1998 to 2000.
