dr. was late from surgery. the waiting room was filled with patients, and no other seats available while I was on crutches. I had to wait in my car because I could not get a seat in the waiting area. the doctor spent a big 5 minutes with me. They do not have an xray machine, so that was a wasted trip. Also, when I needed to cancel my appointment for an emergency with my pet, I was told I was being charged $25. The receptionist is nasty and rude, and she hung up on me when I asked to speak with the office manager. She needs training on customer service. I wont be back. My therapist was able to read my xray
