Nice OfficeHis medical assistant will NOT return your calls. When you call you're always transferred to voicemail and the voicemail states that all calls will be returned within 24 hours. I have been calling three days in a row. On the third day I called four times, left messages, and the fourth time I informed the medical assistant that there was no need to return my calls because I was contacting my insurance company to let them know what has happened and to refer me elsewhere because due to this mishap all my trust and confidence is lost in this doctor.
