As the founder and medical director of Siragusa Vein & Vascular, Dr. Tif Siragusa is dedicated to providing the highest quality medical care to all his patients. With an unflagging dedication to provide the highest quality and most compassionate care possible, Dr. Siragusa has become well-respected among his colleagues as well as among the hundreds of patients he’s treated.

After earning his medical degree from The University of Texas in 2001, Dr. Siragusa completed his residency training in general surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, where he served as chief resident. Following his residency, he completed fellowship training in vascular and endovascular surgery at The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Medical Center, specializing in minimally invasive interventional techniques. While practicing at UAMS, Dr. Siragusa developed expertise in diagnosing and managing vascular diseases and conditions including varicose and spider veins, carotid artery disease, peripheral artery disease and abdominal aortic aneurysms. In 2007, Dr. Siragusa earned his General Surgery Board Certification, followed by Vascular Surgery Board Certification in 2009.

Following his professional training, Dr. Siragusa moved to Nashville, helping to establish a regional vascular surgery center aimed at providing state-of-the-art vein treatment procedures to patients in the Nashville area, and eventually founding the Siragusa Vein & Vascular Center of Nashville. Currently, Dr. Siragusa serves patients at offices at both the Summit Medical Center Campus and in Green Hills.

In his commitment to provide the best, safest and least invasive vein care possible, Dr. Siragusa continues to develop his expertise in novel and emerging techniques, an approach to care that has led him to become recognized as a leading vein doctor in Central Tennessee and beyond. As a result, Dr. Sirgagusa’s practice has become a magnet for other doctors and healthcare providers seeking training in cutting-edge vascular care techniques.
