Dr. Thomas Ciulla graduated from UCSF School of Medicine in 1991 before completing a residency in Ophthalmology at Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School from 1992 to 1995. He then completed a fellowship in Retina Diseases and Surgery at Tufts Medical School/Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston from 1995 to 1996.
Dr. Ciulla has two offices in Indiana where he specializes in Ophthalmology.
