Where do I begin? My first visit was for school physical for my son. I got there at 10 am and didn't leave till 5 pm. I thought maybe it's not normally this slow, but I was wrong. This second and last time ever I arrived at 11am and there was approx. 5 people in the waiting room. I filled out the form saying I was there for a well child exam and he had a cough. Four hours went by and only one person had been called back, which arrived after I did. Another hour goes by and the nurse calls me to the desk and tells me I must have an appointment. I tell her I called and was told its walk in only. She says well we are just not for this. Then she tells me they also have no nurse to do a physical. After five hours they tell me this. Good luck if this is where your heading make sure you have the whole day off.
