Dr. Terrence Crowder graduated from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Duke University in Durham, NC. He then completed a fellowship in Spine Surgery at William Beaumont Hospitals.
Dr. Crowder has three offices in Arizona where he specializes in Orthopedic Spine Surgery.
Dr. Crowder works with three doctors including Dr. Dennis Crandall and Dr. Keikhosrow Mosallaie.
