Dr. Tanisha Toaston graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004 before completing a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, TX in Dallas, TX. She then completed a fellowship in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine at UTSW Medical Center and the Dallas VA Medical Center.
