Dr. Tandy Freeman graduated from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas before completing a residency in General Surgery at University of Utah in Salt Lake City, UT from 1985 to 1987. He then completed a fellowship in Orthopedic Sports Medicine at American Sports Medicine Institute from 1991 to 1992.
Dr. Freeman has one office in Texas where he specializes in Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.
