Dr. Stewart Ascher graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical Center before completing a residency in Psychiatry at Long Island Jewish/Hillside in Glen Oaks, NY from 1977 to 1981. He then completed a fellowship in Psychotherapy at Long Island Jewish/Hillside from 1981 to 1982.
