Bio
Dr. Simon C. Robson MD, PhD, is a physician scientist in the Liver Center/GI and Transplant Institute at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard University in Boston, where he served as Chief of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and is currently Director of Liver Research.
He holds an academic chair at Harvard Medical School - Charlotte F. & Irving W. Rabb Professor of Medicine - and participates fully in academic life at Harvard, in education and committee work. He trained in Internal Medicine/Hepatology and Transplantation in South Africa, United Kingdom and the USA.
He is a practicing hepatologist and internist in the Boston HMS teaching hospital system.
