Dr. Palgon is a graduate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed his General Surgery Internship at Montefiore Medical Center. His residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery was at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Dr. Palgon is board certified in Otolaryngology and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery.
His practice includes adult and pediatric care in all areas of Otolaryngology. He has a special interest in hearing and balance disorders and acid reflux disease.
Dr. Palgon is the Medical Chief of BPC CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) and serves on the NYC Medical Reserve Corps
