We are located in the 1905 Medical Center Building just west of Military Trail on Clint Moore Road between the Boca Raton fire station and Calusa Elementary School. Directly across from Dunkin Donuts & Renzo's Pizza.

Dr. Seba Krumholtz graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 1984 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI from 1984 to 1987.
