Sargon Bebla, MD, founder and primary doctor at the Female Pelvic Medicine Institute of Modesto, provides a warm, personalized care approach for all of your gynecological needs. The office, located in Modesto, California and serving the surrounding community, specializes in pelvic floor disorders and offers state-of-the-art treatments for pelvic dysfunction. Dr. Bebla conducts minimally invasive pelvic and laparoscopic surgery for pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, endometriosis, and pelvic pain. When appropriate, he offers state-of-the-art da Vinci robotic surgery for many of these conditions as well.

Dr. Bebla graduated from the Albany College of Medicine in Albany, New York in 1996 through a BS/MD program. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Upstate Medical University, State University of New York, Syracuse in 2000.

Dr. Bebla began his career working with the underserved population at the Syracuse Community Health Center in Syracuse for 3 years. North Medical Family Physicians, PC, then appointed him as a gynecologic consultant, where he worked for 3 years. He moved on to become one of the partners at the Women’s Wellness Place, also in Syracuse, and in 2010, he started a women’s health practice to provide robotic and urogynecologic expertise to Central New York. He’s also served as the director of the Urocenter in New York City, which treats female incontinence and pelvic prolapse.

Family connections brought him to Modesto, California where he opened the Female Pelvic Medicine Institute of Modesto in December 2015.

Dr. Bebla is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He’s also board certified in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, a specialty also known as urogynecology.

A member of the American Medical Association, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American Urogynecologic Society, Dr. Bebla shares his knowledge and expertise with patients in Modesto and the surrounding area.
