Bio
Dr. Sanjay Jatana is a board-certified, fellowship-trained spine surgeon. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, a former Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California Irvine School of Medicine, and the Medical Director for the Rose Spine Institute.
Dr. Jatana balances non-surgical and surgical approaches in helping patients with spine problems that he is evaluating and treating. These approaches include less invasive and minimally invasive techniques.
Dr. Jatana is an active, lecturing member of the North American Spine Society, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Arapahoe Medical Society, Colorado Medical Society and Denver Medical Society.
Dr. Jatana participates in multiple FDA and other clinical research trials.

Specializing in orthopedic spine surgery, Dr. Jatana can diagnose and treat a range of conditions affecting the spine. These may include degenerative diseases, arthritic conditions, fractures, tumors, deformities such as scoliosis, and other conditions. Treatment techniques may range from invasive to minimally-invasive surgeries of the spine and vertebrae. However, depending upon the patient's diagnosis and medical history, treatments may be non-surgical in nature.
