Dr. Gelbart completed a residency in Ophthalmology at University of California San Francisco from 1979 to 1982. Dr. Gelbart is licensed to practice medicine in the state of California. Dr. Gelbart is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
