Dr. Bourdon saw me on Friday, February 17 when I went to the ER at SCRMC. He and his staff kept me updated on each and every procedure that they were doing. His diagnosis relieved some of my symptoms and directed me on my next activities. Not once did I feel he was talking down to me, or exhibiting arrogance. He did his best in describing what was being done, what he was looking for and why he was doing things. He is very, very easy to understand and his bedside manners are exemplary. I wish to thank him for everything he did. I know am getting follow-up care through my MD. Thank you so much Dr. Bourdon!
