Dr. Russell S. Rowe, MD, MBA, FAAD, FAAFP, a Board Certified Dermatologist and Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, is a graduate of Baylor College of Medicine. He did a transitional internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii followed by a Family Practice Residency at Martin Army Community Hospital in Ft. Benning, Georgia.

Dr. Rowe served in various positions as a member of the US Army including Battalion Flight Surgeon in Fort Bragg, NC, Commander and Medical Director at the US Army Health Clinic in Livorno Camp Darby, Italy, Chief of Aviation Medicine at Ft. Eustis, VA, Division Surgeon at Ft. Campbell, KY and Command Surgeon at Stuttgard, Germany. He completed a Dermatology Residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. and currently serves as Chief of Dermatology at Darnall Army Medical Center at Ft. Hood. Dr. Rowe is board certified in Family Practice and Dermatology.
