As an ear, nose & throat specialist, otolaryngologist Dr. Russell Otto offers medical and surgical care for patients suffering from complications, diseases and disorders of the head and neck – including the ears, nose and throat. Dr. Otto may treat a variety of disorders that affect upper-airway breathing, speech, swallowing, and balance and hearing, among other functions. Common conditions treated by an otolaryngologist may include post-nasal drip, asthma, and ear infections.
