KnowledgeableDr.Bloom is a knowledgeable physician, yet she lacks bedside manner and professionalism. She expects her patients to be on time yet her patients may have to wait30-40 min. for her. If a patient is late 20 min. she refuses to see them even if the patient calls ahead to notify the office that they are running late. Her office staff does not pass on messages or she does not return calls unless you call her office two or three times. Working with Dr. Bloom and her staff was an unpleasant experience .
