Recommends Available On Time Friendly Professional Knowledgeable Nice Office Understandable Reachable Helpful StaffBeing new to the area I asked around for recommendations for an ENT doctor. ( My husband had been having trouble with swallowing.) Dr. Klausner's name came up numerous times. I called his office and my husband was given an appointment. Upon arriving we were warmly greeted by his staff. Dr. Klausner was professional and compassionate. He immediately reached a diagnosis. It was stage 4 head and neck cancer. Dr. Klausner ordered a bioposy and talked with us about the treatment phase. Surgery was not an option due to the location of the tumor. He contacted a radiologist and an oncologist to start the treatment process. Dr. Klausner also recommended a feeding tube for my husband in case the swallowing would become too difficult. It was a long, difficult treatment for my husband but he recovered and is cancer-free. Dr. Klausner went above and beyond our expectations. He kept in contact with me and the radiologist and oncologist during the treatment phase and was quite adamant that I call him if I had any concerns or questions. I believe that Dr. Klausner is a brilliant, compassionate doctor and I would recommend him to everyone.
