From Fannin Street, we are directly accross the street from Memorial Hermann Hospital. From Main Street, we are located across from Rice University at the corner of Cambridge.
The Memorial Hermann Plaza building is located at the North end of the Texas Medical Center, our parking garage is easy to get to from any direction with entrances rom both Fannin and Main.
Visitor parking is available 24 hours. Valet services are available from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday except holidays.
Dr. Fain, Jr. maintains a high level of expertise and focus on the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of knee injuries due to his years of exposure to professional and amateur athletes. From 1985 to 1995, Dr. Fain, Jr. was the team physician for the Houston Oilers and a member of the NFL Team Physician Society.
Today, Dr. Fain, Jr. holds active Texas Medical Center staff appointments at Memorial Hermann and courtesy privileges with The Methodist Hospital.

Education
Raised in Houston, Texas, Dr. Fain, Jr. received his Bachelor of Science degree at Texas A&M University in College Station. He continued his studies at Baylor College of Medicine in the Texas Medical Center, receiving his Medical Doctorate in 1980.
One year of surgical internship at Baylor-affiliated hospitals in the Texas Medical Center was followed by four years of orthopedic surgery residency within the Baylor College of Medicine hospital program. During that time, he gained experience at The Methodist Hospital, St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital, Texas Children's Hospital, Shriner's Crippled Children Hospital, Ben Taub General Hospital and the Veterans Administration Hospital.
Dr. Fain, Jr. was awarded a one-year post-doctoral fellowship in Sports Medicine and Surgery of the Knee at Baylor College of Medicine. He also honed his language skills along his educational journey – and is adept at explaining to patients the options for knee-injury treatment – not just in English… but in Spanish as well.
