KnowledgeableI got great medical care from Dr. Newman for many years before and after he moved from Rockledge to Melbourne. Unfortunately, I now need my medical records from 2005 through 2013 as part of my Social Security case. IT'S BEEN 4 WEEKS AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THEM! They blame it on system problems, but I agree with some of the other negative comments on the staff at First Choice. I highly recommend going elsewhere because in the future, you may need your records for important life-affecting events. And you CANNOT count on this office to have the records you will need in the future! Good doctors are still a bad idea when their staff and support systems are EXTREMELY POOR.
