Richard K. Nadjarian, M.D., M.P.H. holds an A.B. with Honors in History and a Masters of Public Health, respectively from the University of Michigan. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Wayne State University, where he also received his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He went on to receive his fellowship training in Pain Medicine in the Department of Anesthesiology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
Dr. Nadjarian continued at UCLA as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology practicing and lecturing on pain medicine, as well as teaching fellows, residents and medical students. He eventually returned to Michigan to establish Medicus Pain and Spine, PLC.
He continues to teach residents as a faculty member at Wayne State University School of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with Subspecialty Certification in Pain Medicine.
