Dr. Richard Noel graduated from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 1998 before completing a residency in Pediatrics at Wake Forest University/North Carolina Baptist Hospital from 1998 to 2001. He then completed a fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medi from 2001 to 2004.
