Driving to the office:

We are located at 4232 Albany Post Rd. Hyde Park, NY approximately 90 miles north of New York City.

From the South:

• Take I-87 North (NYS Thruway North)
• Take Exit 17 towards I-84 East
• Merge onto I-84 East towards Newburgh.
• Take Exit 13 US-9 North towards Poughkeepsie
• Stay on US-9 North (Albany Post Rd) for approx. 18.8 miles
• The Hudson Valley Healing Arts Center is located on the right side of the road

From the North:

• I-87 South (NYS Thruway South)
• Take EXIT 19 toward RT-28/ RT 209 East for the Kingston/Rhinecliff Bridge
• Merge onto US-209 N toward RHINEC
• LIFF BR. Go over Bridge.US-209 N becomes RT-199 East
• Turn RIGHT onto RT-9G.
• Turn RIGHT onto US-9 South (Albany Post Rd)
