Bio
Dr. Richard Edelson graduated from Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Utah Medical Center and Affiliated Hospitals in Salt Lake City, UT. He then completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Dr. Edelson has one office in Oregon where he specializes in Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Edelson works with seven doctors including Dr. Daniel Trimberger and Dr. Kevin Murphy.

Sports Medicine
Sports medicine physicians are trained to provide treatment and prevention plans for those participating in sports and related physical activities. Dr. Edelson is trained to treat complications such as muscle tears and strains, concussions, tendon and ligament damage, shin splints, sports hernias, fractures, and a variety of others. Treatments may include rehabilitation services, therapies and a variety of surgical operations, among others.
