Dr. Reginald Tall graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 1984 before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Saint Luke's Hospital Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH from 1985 to 1989. He then completed a fellowship in Spine Fellowship at Minnesota Spine Center from 1989 to 1990.
