Rebeccah R. Rodriguez, DO completed her Sports Medicine Fellowship training and currently practices at San Diego Sports Medicine & Family Health Center. She graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her Family Medicine Residency in Phoenix, AZ. She is board certified in family medicine with added qualifications in sports medicine, and she specializes in dance medicine. Dr. Rodriguez also serves on the CA ACOFP Board and AOASM Board of Directors, and she is on many National ACOFP Committees. She is the company physician for the San Diego Ballet, The Academy of Performing Arts of San Diego, and The San Diego Symphony. She participates in team coverage for the California Ballet, San Diego State University Athletics, San Diego Surge Women’s Football, San Diego Derby Dolls, and the US Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA. Dr. Rodriguez started her own non-profit organization called the LatinaStrong Foundation to help Latina women shape their culture through healthy diet and exercise to prevent disease.
