Dr. Raymond Harshbarger graduated from University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry before completing a residency in Plastic Surgery at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI. He then completed a fellowship in Plastic Surgery at Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles.
Dr. Harshbarger has one office in Texas where he specializes in Plastic Surgery.
