Dr. Raj Kotak graduated from St. George's University School of Medicine before completing a residency in General Surgery at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA. He then completed a fellowship in Advanced Minimally Invasive & Bariatric Surgery at University of South Florida.
Dr. Kotak has two offices in Florida where he specializes in General Surgery.
