Dr. Rachael Cayce, the founder of DTLA Derm, is a board-certified Dermatologist and a Fellow of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Society for Investigative Dermatology and American Academy of Dermatology. She and her team serve patients from throughout Los Angeles, from the modern and comfortable office located on Wilshire Blvd, in Westlake, California. Patients received treatment for conditions like acne, psoriasis, rosacea, and eczema, as well as procedures such as chemical peels, BOTOX®, and mole removal. Whatever your skin concern, Dr. Cayce and her team will provide you with individualized and effective treatment.

Dr Cayce earned her medical degree from the University of Texas (UT) Southwestern Medical School, where she graduated at the top of her class. While a medical student, she received several academic accolades, including being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and being chosen for the “Excellence in Dermatology” award. Dr. Cayce  was selected for a prestigious Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship focused on advanced medical Dermatology. Dr. Cayce during her residency at UT Southwestern, she was selected to serve as Chief Resident.

While Dr. Cayce’s academic accolades are impressive, her clinical abilities are perhaps her greatest strength. In fact, her patients are often so impressed with the care she provides that they recommend their family and friends to her. Dr. Cayce believes that her success as a clinician is a direct result of her practice philosophy which is to provide patients with knowledgeable, professional and responsible care.
