Bio
Dr. Milgram is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and re-certified in 2014 and is a Certified Prevention Specialist. He graduated from Queens College, CUNY, received his Medical Degree from SUNY Stony Brook, and completed his OB/GYN Residency at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York.
Dr. Milgram founded A Lady’s Doctor Medical Clinics in 1980, the Southern California LASER Surgery Institute in 1984, Anti-Aging San Diego in 2004 and is the Medical Director of The LifeScore Clinic in La Jolla. He was a medical consultant for Infinite Vitality and for the Eternity Medicine Institute. He was a former Assistant Clinical Professor and Clinical Instructor in the Department of Reproductive Medicine at the UCSD Medical Center, and has taught over 200 courses in Gynecology, LASER, Minimally Invasive and advanced surgical techniques, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, prevention, and nutrition.
In this capacity, Dr. Milgram was employed by many prominent Laser and surgical product manufacturers to teach utilization of advanced surgical instrumentation, and was on the faculty at the Houston Laser Institute. He has three Counseling degrees from UCSD, including Advanced Intervention.
Dr. Milgram is a member of the attending staff at Scripps Memorial Hospital, La Jolla and at Promise Hospital of San Diego.
