Dr. Patrick Kelley graduated from Baylor College of Medicine before completing a residency in Plastic Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. He then completed a fellowship in Plastic Surgery at University of Washington/ Seattle Children's Hosp.
Dr. Kelley has one office in Texas where he specializes in Plastic Surgery.
