Dr. Oisin O'Neill graduated from Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1985 before completing a residency in Neurosurgery at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in Portland, OR from 1989 to 1994. He then completed a fellowship in Neurovascular / Interventional at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in 1993.
