About Nicole Sutton, MD, FAAP

Born and raised in the Dallas area, Dr. Nicole Sutton received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1997.

She earned her medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2001 and completed her pediatric internship and residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2004.

After completing her training in 2004, she returned to the Dallas area to practice medicine. She originally joined Pediatric Healthcare Associates in 2004, where she has practiced for fourteen years before joining Kid Approved Pediatrics.  Dr. Sutton is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

As a dedicated pediatrician with the personal experience of being a mother, Dr. Sutton is committed to providing exceptional medical care for children of all ages.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with family, and walking her dogs.  

For Dr. Sutton, the key to great pediatric care is creating important relationships with families to promote healthy and happy futures for children, both medical and emotional.
