Dr. Marchand is a very intelligent physician and explains things well so that the patient can understand. If I arrive early to an appointment, Dr. Marchand is normally able to see me early. He is thorough in ordering tests and x-rays when he needs more information to make a diagnosis. The only thing I would change is that, he has a tendency to be in too much of a hurry to leave the room to enter his notes into his lap top. He should slow down a bit and ask the patient open ended questions because patients tend to forget at least on thing the intended to ask during the visit.
