Very rude, poor and unprofessional bedside manners, don't listen, come in only spends a few seconds with patients.write your prescription and he's gone. Yelled out personal and confidential medical information about me and other patients heard him. I refuse to go back to this clinic and will be complaining to the medical board about his unprofessionalism practices. He spends a few seconds with you and always over talk you and don't listen to your problems your having. I saw him today and he yelled out that I had overdose in 2011 and several patients heard him even though we were in a room but the door was cracked open a bit. I told him that I didn't appreciate him yelling at me and putting my personal info about my problems out there so everyone could here it. What happen to patient/doctor confidentiality as known as Hippa Laws. so he lowered my prescription from 120 pills a month to 7 pills per week which he wrote out 4 prescription for each medicine I'm taking. I gave the prescription back to the lady at the front desk and told her to cancel upcoming appoints with Dr Arshad and that I would know longer be coming there. I have degenerative disc disease, nerve damage, neuroothy, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, shingles and had a bad slip and fall accident in 2012 which required me to have surgery on my neck. I also was in an auto accident in 2014. Furthermore, my pain level stays around 7-8 on a scale of 1-10 and that is with medication.
