Dr. Morgan Norris graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in 1996 before completing a residency in Plastic Surgery at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn from 1999 to 2001. He then completed a fellowship in Hand Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine from 2001 to 2002.
