The doctor himself is great. His office staff don't seem to care about patients, even in urgent situations. After seeing him for two appointments, I had an emergent situation after being bitten by dozens of bugs. I scratched myself bloody and was getting infections. I received no calls back from my messages to the nurse's line. I am disabled, so using telephones is difficult in the best of circumstances. I also could not get an appointment for weeks out. Second time, I was exposed to an allergen. My psoriasis break out was the worst I've ever had. My scalp is raw, bleeding, itching, keeps me up at night, I used every shampoo available, every topical steroid prescribed, but nothing helped. First appointment I could get is with a PA in 3 weeks, despite telling them the issues. I left 2 messages with the nurse's line and 3 days later, still no return call. I have job interviews, and the psoriasis on my face makes it impossible to wear make up, and I definitely can't dye my hair to cover the grey roots. I am very disappointed.
