Dr. Michael Lefor graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University School Of Medicine in 1996 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, WA from 1996 to 1999. He then completed a fellowship in Critical Care & Sleep Medicine at University of Utah from 1999 to 2002.
