See what personal attention feels like again!
You are not alone. Whether you are longing for your first or your next child, infertility can be a frustrating and painful experience. While uniquely personal, it is a problem that is shared by one in six couples today.
The Hinsdale Center for Reproduction is a state-of the art facility with an on-site accredited IVF lab, where you will be surrounded by caring specialists who will take the time to get to know you and you needs individually, in an environment of personalized care - like it used to be.
Everything is done in one office – no driving all over town.
We have a comprehensive on-site embryo laboratory, providing service at the highest level including IVF, ICSI, laser Assisted Hatching (AZH), egg & embryo freezing, and donor egg.
HCR is able to offer advanced Pre-Implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD) and Pre-Implantation Genetic Screening (PGS) for many genetic conditions, including single gene disorders and chromosomal abnormalities. It is now possible to test for some of the rarest genetic conditions, as well as the more common chromosomal problems such as those encountered by those attempting to raise a family later in life.
Additionally, Dr. Hickey is recognized as an expert in Reproductive Surgery. During his Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Southern California (USC), he helped develop surgical methods to reduce adhesion formation during Laparoscopic surgery for Endometriosis, and received specialized instruction in Hysteroscopic surgery to correct Congenital Uterine Anomalies such as the Septate Uterus and other Mullerian Anomalies.
Over the past two decades, he has perfected these techniques as well as Advanced Hysteroscopic Surgery to treat more routine problems such as Uterine Polyps and Myomas.
